Angie Downes

Angie brings fourteen years of experience to Gregory Michael’s Salon, making a vision a reality in color, cutting and texturizing. Before moving back home to Louisville, Angie perfected her skills for the last twelve years in sunny San Diego, CA. She extensively trained with Paul Mitchell working at Robert Cromeans Salon. Angie learned an artistic way into the world of hair, fashion, and business.

Traveling as a platform artist throughout the U.S. and Canada, she educated other stylists at mainstream hair shows and worked editorial photo shoots. There isn’t a curl too playful, an updo too glamorous, or a style that just can’t be fabulous enough.

Angie's work was featured on the cover of the Spring/Summer 2010 issue of Louisville Bride.
